Year R Healthy Heroes - January 2023
In Year R, we had a visit from Hampshire Healthy Heroes! We learnt about the importance of keeping our teeth clean, about which foods are healthy for snacks or just for 'sometimes', and some breathing exercises for when we are not feeling our best. Ask me about what I learnt!
