Our Vision and aims:

Here at Riders we are committed to developing our school family where every child feels safe and valued, and is able to thrive through the opportunities we provide.  This will allow children to discover their strengths and develop new interests. Our children will develop a thirst for knowledge and have a desire to find out more.  We will work in partnership with our families to overcome any challenges our children may face. Our commitment to providing high quality teaching and learning through the breadth and depth of our curriculum will ensure our children have the best possible life chances and a real opportunity to make a positive contribution to world they live in.

We are at the start of an exciting journey where we have begun to re-design our curriculum to provide inspirational and creative opportunities for all. This will ensure our children develop as expert learners, such as historians, geographers, artists, musicians and scientists.  They will develop a depth of understanding in all aspects of their learning. This will give them the opportunity to ask questions and relate their understanding to their own identity and place in the world, in particular with what is immediately local to them.
